I had to call them back because the faucet leaked again.  The plumber said that the plastic knob on the faucet broke off and so we called the company and they said they would send one out.  However, when the plumber came back, he went to the plumbing supply company that was near us and bought the part that was needed, he put it in for me and he never charged me anything.  That was really nice of him.  When I priced around, another plumber wanted to charge us $300 to install the new faucet and he had only charged me about $120 something, initially.  It was a fifty-mile drive for him to come back but he was okay with that.  He was very good.  He was very polite, clean and when he said he would be right back, I thought he had the part in his truck but he went down to the store, bought it, and put it in for us.

Another company came to fix the leak and he fixed one leak, but there was still another leaking.  I then called the other company again, who said that the parts will cost $325 and to install the new one would be cheaper.  He then quoted me $375 to install it with the part.  I then called Moen Facuet, the manufacturer of my leaking faucet, who advised that it would cost $50 to replace it.  A week later the part arrived and I was searching for someone to install it.  I was referred to APK Plumbing by Moen Facuet and APK installed it for only $95.  It was a beautiful job and I was very happy with the result.  He was punctual and neat.  We called him when the part came and he was out the next day.  He bought 2 parts in the neighborhood and installed them same day.  He showed me the parts he put in which will help me using the removable faucet head.  I will use them again in the future.
