AAA REALTY TERMITE CONTROL

part of escrow process and follow up work needed to be executed, per contract, and home warranty program (after buying a house), we had to deal with the unprofessionalism and sub-par work of Mario and AAA Realty Termite of Baldwin Park.  I would never recommend them to anyone.  He and some of his other staff were blatantly rude and disrespectful to my wife, as well, they do not return phone calls, and their "receptionist" named Olga always has some excuse on why you cannot talk to her boss.  Just a half-a** operation and you get really bad quality work from them.  Do not trust their lower quotation, as you will get what you pay for and they will not do the right thing or follow through on contractual work.  Bad business.  They did a really poor job fixing damaged wood, yes they tented my house but main problem was in the garage - they did not follow-through with repair work or addressing the concerns we had that termites were still present and their processes did not accommplish what their contract said they would guarantee to do.
