 + -1 moreIn the future, Stockdale tile needs to check on the availability of a tile BEFORE they let a customer check it out. That way the customer doesn't waste a lot of time just to end up being very disappointed.
Description of Work: I spent many hours checking out samples of floor tiles and border tiles for my dining room. This included driving back and forth from my home to return samples. When I finally found the "perfect" combo of tile and decorative border the employee at Stockdale Tile wrote up the information to keep on file until I found an installer. Stockdale Tile gave me a handful of independent contractors' business cards. Since they don't have their own installers, I was on my own to get estimates and do "interviews" for the job. I found an installer that I felt comfortable with and I gave him the okay to order the tile and do the job. When the installer tried to order the tile from Stockdale Tile, he finds out that the border tile is no longer available!
