i guess i should have said everything here.

The doctor is very friendly and professional. My dog responded very well tothe doctor and other staff. Office visit was great overall.

This was the first time we used them. They were great.  I liked how friendly, and knowledgeable they were.

My dog had a welty rash all over her body. The vet tech explained in detail what would happen during the visit. When the Dr came in he introduced himself to me and my daughter. He let my daughter listen to the dogs heart with his stethoscope which she loved. He did a thorough exam of the dog then went over several explanations of what it could be. He prescribed medication for it and we left. All the staff was very nice and helpful.

I had to use a new vet because mine was "too busy".  I asked for an opinion from my usual vet about the xrays and the opinion of the new vet and was VERY disappointed to only hear from the technician that he "concurred with the diagnosis".  I felt that since I was an old customer and very upset about my little dog that the least he could have done was speak to me for a few minutes. In addition, I was not impressed with the "new vet", his manner with my dog, and the fact that he sat on the counter and put his feet up on the examining table.  I have since started going to a new vet, Dr. Redick in Wasco.  Much much cheaper and extremely good.

I downloaded a form for his surgery from the website ahead of time and had it completed when I arrived to drop off my dog.
They were open on time and took my dog right away so I was able to get in and out quickly and got to work on time.
The dog was ready when I was told he would be, and they had informed me ahead of time that he might not feel well.  He did not feel too well but he did not get sick and he quickly recovered just like they said he would.
This was my second visit there.  The first time they gave my dog a physical exam and a rabies shot and another shot. 
I have been happy with the results both times.

They are always very professional. They have great customer service. Whenever I've had an emergency, they've been able to work me in. And any doctor you see there is very good.

They are very kind to my chihuahua.  They hold him and pet him.  When I had to put my other pet to sleep, they sent out a nice card to me afterwards.  I have never had an issue with them at all.

They do an excellent job for us and we will continue to use them.

I have always used them for all of my pets for many years.  They are wonderful, and they even have a Senior Discount Program.  I will continue with their services in the future.
