It went well. I will take under advisement the advice of Dr. Chang and his Dental Hygienist. I have always had fine work done at this office. Even when Dr. Chang bought the practice of Dr. Richard Shaw and worked by himself, his work was excellent.

Hygentist, Dr Ching, and most of the other staff are nice, gentle and friendly. I personally have been a Dr Ching patient since I was in my teens and don't mind going to the dentist because he is nice, professional, gentle and willing to do what we can to make sure your experience is as pleasant as can be.

Southwest Family dentists knew what they were doing. They didn't try to con me into something I didn't need. The actual dentists I would rate highly however I seem to have trouble with office staff in general. There is a lot of turnover. Everytime I go in there, there is someone new. It makes you wonder.

He is very talented especially with anesthesia. He keeps up with my complete dental health. I think he is brilliant. The staff is also courteous and professional. The office is immaculate. I continue to recommend their services.
