Read the positive reviews and requested an appointment (Sunday night). The owner emailed Monday morning and asked if I'd like to be scheduled same day (president's day). The office called and set up a time, and Joe arrived with a smile and his tools. He quickly did some trouble shooting, determined the problem, explained it to me in a way that I was able to understand, then proceeded to complete the project. Fast, friendly and reasonable. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! The electrician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and explained all work completed in detail, which made me rest assured everything done was indeed needed! I give them two-thumbs up, and am definitely calling them back for any other electrical work needed. Thank you, Randy for attending to my service call as agreed. I have been trying for 3 weeks and have called 3 different companies to send out an electrician, and none of them would even return my call.

The light I purchased stop working.  I contacted Rankin and they replaced the bad light quickly with no charge.  Rankin responses quickly to Angie's List.  The company is not great responding to telephone message.  But they pleasant when you go the the office. They were early to all of the appoints:  estimate, installation, and replacement.

An election came out to the house to give an estimate on some electoral work. He stayed for about an hour and took several measurements. When he was done he said they would get right back to me with a written estimate, but is has been over a week and I have not heard a thing.

"If my employee led you to believe you would get an estimate in a 2-3 days then I apologize. You gave us an F within five working days of our job walk and meeting because you had not received a bid yet.. I had a meeting this morning with my employees and told them not to promise a time frame unless they checked with me. Your bid was not a straight forward quote and that is why we needed to check everything thoroughly on site. It included sawcutting concrete and running underground to three different areas of your yard for a shed, BBq and a post light. It was Easter week and I was waiting to get confirmation on our sawcut price before sending it to you. I apologize for what you consider our tardiness but our clients want both accuracy and fairness in our quotes and I never just throw a large number on a quote to cover the pricing."

Daniel Garcia called when he was 20 minutes away. He did an excellent job. He showed me how he programmed in case I needed to reprogram it later. Great work, pleasant and professional. They were very professional and helpful. We were afraid to call anyone thinking it would be very expensive. Our bathroom outlets as well as outlets in bedroom were not working. They came out and changed outlets that were working, in order to fix the ones that were not working. We never would have thought to change working outlets. That is where their knowledge and professionalism really came through. Thank you.

First time I called the owner answered. He handled my appointment and followed-up each time his employees went out to the site. I never felt left in the dark. They took care of all required permits and worked with the City to handle all the minutia that have given me headaches in the past.
