"Thank you for taking to to review my company. I am a little surprised by your rating though. You asked me for a quote on the work.You asked me to squeeze you in on short notice, which I did. You had me re-do some of the project that was messed up by the other guy you hired. I did two seperate jobs for you. I re-designed your project, so it was more efficiant for you, and a better look. I did go over the quote a little, do to the other guys mistake, but I adjusted price to compromise. The only thing that went wrong on the project was we had a little water leak at one of 65 connections. They were all tested before we left, and you saw there were no leaks. You then called me the next day and said there was a slight leak. I was out in a matter of 2 hours and corrected. The leak was on the first project, and another guy worked on it after we did. I still corrected it at no cost. I'm glad you will hire again, for I liked your projects, I am just confused on your average rating of my company. If that is what you feel our service was, then I will strive for a better rating next time."

You had left messages for me and I you. We just seemed to miss each other. I should have continued to call until I reached you. I don't like to call and call and become a pest. I will call you today just to apologize, and since I see this as a misunderstanding, maybe we could still go over the quote. Again, as you can see by my reviews, this is not the standard service we give. I am concerned this happened in this case and will look at how to prevent this in the future with others. I appreciate you taking the time to write a review. It only makes my company better."

"[Member name removed], I am so sorry we could not arrived as scheduled. This does happen at times. I wanted to push your appointment back to afternoon, and you stated that would not work. I then asked if we could reschedule for Monday morning, that also would not work. I then told you I would call you back. 20 min. later I called back to let you know I was able to arrange a tech to be there by 10:30, You stated that you had already called someone else. I am sorry that we were unable to accommodate your schedule. Just a comment about the statement that you could not add to the job with grouting. There must have been a misunderstanding, because we always allow adding, if time permits. The only thing that I can think of is, you asked if we could fix at least the gate on Sat., so we squeezed you in. Our Sat. was already full, and you were thankful we could fit you in. But apparently we did not make it clear that the start time is an approximate start time."
