Description of Work: They only charged the service call fee. The technician did a test on the equipment and determined that the cost of the work to be done, the replacement part(s) and with the age of the television that it would be better to invest in a new set. He gave his opinion on what sets are top rated and was VERY HELPFUL.

Description of Work: I called Hollis Tv because my Mitsubishi television had gone out. The television needed a new lamp. Called Hollis tv they sent a technician out who installed and new lamp, cleaned the fans, and checked to make sure it was working correctly. Took about 30 minutes and the person they sent was really nice and explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend this company they have been around for a long time and very professional.
