Communication before the appointment was great. Service tech called prior to arrival and was right on time. He took his time to ***** the situation and gave his honest opinion on whether or not tankless was a good idea for my unit. Just what I was looking for.

Scheduling was super easy. The person on the phone got me scheduled immediately with out delay. Jason (Technician) had a 8-10am window. Called 20 mins prior to arriving. Arrived at 8:30am. Jason arrived in a clean presentable uniform. Jason was extremely professional and polite. Explained in detail the service he provided. He offered me a service plan. This was a great deal and was an easy transaction. He completely serviced my Tankless Water Heater. It is running perfectly. I will recommend On Time Home Services to all my family and friends. This owner has his business running like a well oiled machine. Thanks for sending Jason out to my house. Will definitely only use this company for all my service needs.

I was impressed with the honesty. My swamp cooler requires 1 very expensive pad and the tech told me that at this point he would not recommend me changing it out but advised me what the signs were when it was time. He installed a new pump and was done within an hour. Very professional and I will definitely call them again.

Called and spoke to Mike. Mike stated that there was an opening between 2-4pm that day. No one showed up and no phone call. Not a good sign. I moved on with another vendor.

The job went very well. Our air conditioner stopped working and it was the compressor that went out. The air conditioner was 20 years old so we decided to replace it. They gave us a price to repair it and replace it with 2 different units. we replaced our water heaters at the same time and got a pretty good deal by changing all at once. The water heaters were 20 years old too so we figured they would both go out pretty soon anyways so we might as well do it now and save a few dollars.

They arrived 45 minutes late without calling, and they didn't honor their 30 minutes or fewer guarantee.

"This one caught me off guard! i researched this and found the last time we were scheduled to go to your house was October 26, 2011 and the job was cancelled. After almost 5 years i have lost the ability to see why we would have been late or if we were late at all. I'm sorry you were unhappy with our service! We really do try our best to be on time for our customers! Our on time commitment is $5 per minute for every minute we are late up to $300 off the cost of the repairs but because you chose to cancel the call, there really isn't much i can do especially after 5 years. I would be happy to apply a $50 credit towards your account for any future service calls. Michael Jones Owner"

Overall everything was done well. We had a few bumps here and there but Wade made sure everything was completed.

Mike and Ed worked very hard to complete the job.

Tip: If you want the old pipes removed from the attic and garage, make it clear upfront and get it in writing.

I had a leak in the cold water faucet, and tried to fix it myself. I replaced the fixture but the leak didn't stop completely. Since the plumbing in my house is 30 yrs.old and the leak kept moving every time I tightened it, I decided to call a pro. The plumber said I was on the right track but didn't use enough plumber's putty. He replaced both faucets at my request. Problem solved.
