"While I would love to take the credit for this A rated review I think there is a mistake. We have a independently owned sister franchise here in town that does AC and heating that we attempted to work with in the past offering service plans until last year. Our feelings were that they became dishonest and misleading. They without our knowledge basically took over a phone number we has established together for our service plan customers and when customers called asking for us they simply said we are now....... and booked the call for themselves. We have performed work for you back in April for a water heater flush but I cant help but think somehow you unintentionally called the other company. I am glad they did a good job for you!!!"

"we try to stay as far away from Whirlpool water heaters as we can! Consumer reviews lists thousands of complaints with these heaters from 2 days old and older showing they just will not stay working. We have found that the last guy to touch it usually gets blamed and this situation just confirms this. Has we offered the "free flush" on this heater we would have been blamed for the heater not working. We hope you were satisfied with the rest of the service call. Thank you for your business"

"I am very sorry you felt our service was not up to par! I will admit that the technician we sent to your home is not with our company any longer and was only here a couple short weeks. He passed his background check and drug test with no problem and did have plenty of experience but lacked the desire to work hard. unfortunately it took a couple weeks to show up and we no doubt lost a couple good customers. Please accept my apologies and know that if you call upon us again please ask for me directly (Michael Jones) and I will make sure you are well taken care of with a nice credit towards the cost of your repair. He did a good job. He hit a few bumps because he needed to replace the valves because they are an older type which have a high failure rate. He explained everything to me so that I would not feel I was getting robbed. Overall, they did an excellent job. However, the final price tag was near $800. Granted, they were here for four hours and had to make a run to Lowes(?) for some parts. But $800 was a ridiculous amount. I just needed to have the faucet installed right then because we had 12 dinner guests coming over that evening.
I would use them again only in an emergency but only because they are so expensive.
"First I would like to thank you Mr. [member name removed] for your business! While your review lets everyone know we did a good job it doesn't give a fair display of the amount of work performed. Our records show that the work was performed on September 12, 2013. At that time we installed your hands free touch kitchen faucet which are far more complicated than a standard faucet to install, we installed a new basket strainer, installed your waste disposal, shut off the water to the home and replaced two water supply valves and sink connector hoses and installed a new faucet on the laundry room sink. this installation included all misc materials, labor and taxes. The ticket came to $774.00 less a $25.00 discount bringing the total to $749.00. My goal is to provide excellent service at a price that I feel is fair to the customer and allows our company to stay in business by turning a profit. When a company offers true 24 hour service and actually answers their phones at 2am, offers training schools to their employees, performs background checks and random drug testing, clean techs in clean uniforms and much much more our costs are higher than a independent one man company than answers the phone when he wants to and shows up when he feels like it. "Thank you very much for your business! I must say that we do install Badger 5 disposals rather than the standard 1/3 horsepower units so the cost is a little more. They seem to jam less often and last longer than the cheaper units."
