Hi my name is Don Banks with Banks pest control. We are in business to protect families and businesses from pest infestations and diseases. For over forty Three years we have been successful in eradicating pests such as Ants, Spiders, mice, rats, Termites, and many other pesty creatures from homes and business to bring a peace of mind to our customers, our newest challenge is the bed bug infestation that has become an epidemic in the last few years. The goal of our company is to be the best pest control company in Kern County at an affordable price.

As we were getting ready to leave he followed myself and my 2 children outside and and told me just how beautiful my daughter was...twice! He just really gave me pause and to top it all off, he just happened to leave my gate open and let my dogs out! And if that weren't bad enough he made so uncomfortable I didn't think to look at the contract closely as I just thought I was committing to the one time and it turned out it was a year contract!
So when they called to schedule the next spraying and I said I would no longer be needing their services. They informed me of the contract and when I declined again they still sent someone out to spray when I wasn't there and billed me for it. When I disputed, they eventually sent me to collections which is now obviously sitting on my credit report.
