Customer service is great. Titanium works to understand your needs and build a system tailored for your individual use cases. Monitoring service and installation are fantastic. If your goal is full home automation, the zwave modules work, and have really great integration with the alarm controllers but the back end software (my virtual keypad) could use some work and more features to make it more competitive with other offerings (for instance, you can't currently define tiles such as at sunset, turn on these lights, and at midnight turn a bunch of lights off).
