Company did not show up on arranged time between 12-3 on appointment day.  I had to call, they said they were running late and could be there by 5 pm. Could not make this time work.  Agreed on following Monday by 1 pm as appointment time.  They did not show up.  Finally after 3 phone calls, someone came at 4:45 pm. 
I received no apology.  Terrible customer service.

Initially a couple of spots were not as clean as I had hoped. They came back and went over the area I thought could use more cleaning. While no one is perfect, these guys do everything they can to make you happy. I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

He was great. I like him because he is quick and professional. I have two rooms and I have wall-to-wall carpeting. He cleaned those. He picked up five area rugs and took them to be cleaned. He brought them back after cleaning them. The work cost me about $400. I would recommend him because he is great, reliable, and does a good job. I will use him again in the future.
