An estimator came and later mailed me an estimate in writing. The workers were fairly prompt. They were professional and answered all my questions. They went in the attic when they blew in the material. They said they added R-30 everywhere, which is what I paid for. The only glitch was in scheduling; I mailed in the contract and waited for them to call me, but I was supposed to call the number of the scheduler on the contract.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH OJ INSULATION WAS VERY GOOD. I HAVE HAD OTHER COMPANIES THAT ARE NOT EFFICIENT, AND LEFT ME VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WOULD RECOMMEND OJ TO ANYONE.

I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF TIMES THERE WERE PROBLEMS, BUT IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL MY FIREPLACE AND THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR WASN'T READY FOR THEM, HE WAS BEHIND. THEY WORKED AROUND IT AND CAME BACK ANOTHER DAY. THEY DIDN'T FREAK OUT ABOUT IT.
