I phoned Johhny on a Thrusday morning. He came over at 2pm and gave me an estimate.

I had raced home from work to find a message on the answering machine that Johnny had to cancel the appointment. I then called and asked for an appointment with a few times that I was available. I never got a call back, so I called them again and spoke with Johnny to set up another appointment. That appointment time came and went with no call or arrival.

It is locally owned company. All the work was done in one day. I got quotes from four different people. The work was done very accurately and I am really pleased with them. The guy was an hour late, but he did call me and let me know.
