The design of the system was carefully done, taking into account the house layout and my concerns. The job was completed on time once the job was scheduled. The installation team knew their job and showed experience. Some gaps in job progress communications which would help the customer to be informed on the progress and steps of the job. That was covered by learning the system components and by asking questions.

Expensive but are authorized Southern California Edison installers (not everyone is) and got us a rebate for $1750. Comprehensive quote that listened to the needs of both my wife and I (others only listened to me). The workers that did the job showed up on time and were considerate of our space and dog. Great experience.

My experience was wonderful! Anytime he made a promise to come he would be here. He checked to make sure that the workers were doing their job and also made sure that all of the contract was completed properly. We got excellent service and would recommend them.

All work was done as agreed, and the quality was particularly good. The way they braced the new ducts was far better than the previous (15 yrs ago) contractor, and the evenness of the heat and cool distribution was perfect. They cleaned up everything they did and were on time for all work. Their techs were polite and competent. The pricing was on the high side, but the value of the excellent work seemed consistent with the high pricing. The follow-up visits they made, which were part of the original contract, were likewise on time and effective. They continued paying attention to details and were obviously very well trained in their craft as well as in customer relations. I felt like we got full value for our money, even if it was near the top of the price charts.

They are professional, very responsive and knowledgeable. They usually are on time; however, if they are not able to make it on time they inform me about it. I am not very happy with their installation work, but the service is good.

Went perfectly - they were prompt, friendly and fast! And the price was great - had already checked out a couple of other companies but they wanted from $5,000-$5,490 for the same work.

This is one place that has done some of the best work I have ever seen. I scheduled the appointment and they called me to let me know they could do the job sooner then what was scheduled. Comfort Climate is so professional and they really sold me from the very beginning. The first person that came over to give me an estimate answered all of my technical questions very thoroughly and had an informative display that he brought with him on his computer which was quite helpful. They did an extremely professional job!

I CALLED COMFORT CLIMATE CONTROL AND SCHEDULED THEM TO CLEAN THE DUCTS, REPLACE THE AIR FILTERS TO HELP PURIFY THE AIR WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONING OR FAN IS IN USE.
