Serv. Tech Ahmad showed up on time, gave us a quote, called Supv. for work approval & review. Started work the next day, spent 3 days changing out all old outflow pipes to street, then hydro sprayed and coated inside of all piping. Lot of workâ ¦price seemed a bit high, but when all the work was done, everything worked much better.

We were extremely satisfied and had a great experience with the Jesus when he replaced our water heater. From the start he said we were welcome to watch and ask any questions about the process. He was very informative, explaining what he was doing and why. Along the way I learned quite a bit about gas and tankless options available and which one made sense for our particular needs. Jesus and Uron were terrific from the moment they rang my doorbell to the thank yous and goodbyes. Professional, courteous, respectful of my home, knowledgeable and thorough. They answered every question and made sure everything they were doing and had done was clear to me which I really appreciated. I live in a townhouse and the water heater is housed on the 2nd floor, there are three sets of stairs to negotiate and the landings are not spacious. They were able to remove the old water heater and get it down the stairs and out the door as masterfully as they got the new one up the stairs and into its new home. You would never have known they were here if it wasn't for the brand new water heater. Great experience, I couldn't recommend these guys more highly.

Jesus and Josh very professional and knowledgeable. Repaired a outdoor facuet that required mainstreet valve shut-off (that was stubborn) which they overcame with ease. They discovered leak with water company and high water pressure. Impressed me so much, they're returning to address. GREAT work ethic.

The two plumbers, Jesus and Anthony, are true jewels. Incredibly efficient, hard workers, courteous, and thorough through every step of the work.

The drain that our washer and kitchens sinks drained into was blocked solid, and of course this was on a weekend. I called and spoke to a very professional lady who made all the arrangements, scheduling me with a tech that afternoon. Pablo was on time and very professional. He explained the problem, gave me a very competitive quote and in less than 20 minutes the drain was cleared. I would definitely recommend/use this company again for any future plumbing jobs.
