They took so long to respond to me or insurance, that they lost my record. Not only can they not perform work, they cant even complete or retain paperwork. i now have to start over with a different company 9 months later. If i could rate lower than 1 star, i would. Rude front desk. Acted like its my fault.

Turner Electric does NOT practice honest, respectful, professional, reliable or competent work. After reading other reviews....I'm now not surprised at my horrible experience. Just wish I would have researched prior to allowing them in my house. After 3 months, one cancelation, them replacing the same wrong part twice and expecting a different result......they then send me a letter stating my warranty will not cover my attic fan due to secondary issues. The only secondary issues I had was them in my house. The most insulting part is I called them 3 times after receiving this letter so they could save some face and at least explain their reasoning. Instead I get ghosted 3 times....never return called and left out to dry with no concern or scrap of professionalism. I feel so insulted that I am writing a review....and I NEVER write reviews. If you happen to see this before you make your appointment.....please do yourself a favor and find a different buisness.....Turner Electric does not practice honest, respectful, professional, reliable or competent work.

Badly. Initially the problem was simply that the pump was not drawing water. Tech came out, lubed the gasket in pump, reassembled it and the pump worked, but THEN a leak appeared at pipe between pump a filter. So the guy squeezed some kind of liquid weld stuff at leak site, told me to wait till product dried the. Test system. Immediate leaking. Guy came out a second time, scraped off first effort Along with the silicone seal and applied some silicone to leaking area, told me to wait till that dried and then test.. there was a leak, but more extensive than before. Now turner electric will not accept my calls. I’ve left 4 voicemails and have been calling them on and off for two days. No reply. No nothing. STAY AWAY from this company. Have a hissy fit if you are using a home warranty company and they assign turner to come and wreck your stuff.

I had an appointment with Turner in June through my home warranty company. So a nice guy shows up to the appointment... takes the heater apart like a pro. Diagnoses the problem quickly... then says they'll order the control board and let us know when it comes in. A week later, I called and no answer... so left a message. I repeated this 5 times. I called the warranty company and they tried to call them. I will assume that they left a msg for them. They never hear back. I call the warranty company again... they call and leave another message. No return calls... no appointments... It's now September and finally the pool heater was fixed by a different company. Turner Electric & Lighting deserves to fail miserably.

Turner was sent by the home warranty company. The technician told me that the problem was bad wiring (covered by insurance) however the home warranty company was told the problem was in the fixture (not covered by insurance). Many phone calls followed. At my request Turner emailed me an invoice. It stated the fixture was missing a tab, connections were tight, and a 20 ft jumper wire needed to be installed due to the wire being broken. So basically, the problem was in both the fixture and the wiring. After that the receptionist at Turner stopped answering my calls. Throughout it all the technician was offering to fix it all for me for $300. I decided to call a different company having no ties to the home warranty company and got a second opinion. It took the technican from that company about 20 minutes to diagnose and repair the problem. The tab was not functioning, there was a loose connection and also a thermal overload device had been removed. Total cost was $110 and no jumper wiring was needed.

Terrible service. Only redeeming quality was they arrived on time.
I was very disappointed with the home warranty service I received from Turner. They came out to repair an issue with a fan switch and it worked once after the tech left. They came back days later and again "fixed" and left. The switch worked once and stayed in the on position. I finally got back in touch with Turner and they said they would have the tech call and come out within an hour. Then I got a call from the warranty company saying that the switch wasn't covered and Turner never should have worked with it to start. Called Turner back to see if they even intended to get the fan turned off. They said they would call back shortly about a time for that service call. Never heard back.
Then with my nonexistent electrical experience I managed to correctly diagnose the issue (it wasn't just the switch) and fix the switch AND the fan.

I had tried to trouble shoot the problem and could not find the reason for no power to several outlets. I called my home warranty provider who sent out Turner Elec. In 20 minutes the electrician discovered a loose neutral wire in our bedroom smoke detector which killed power to the outlets.

Very professional and thorough. Scheduling was able to call when they were on their way so that we could put our cats safely away. Although Turner Electric was assigned to us by our home warranty company, we will have them back to do some additional private electrical work for us. $60.00 (home warranty co-pay)

I was referred to Turner Electric by my home warranty company (First American). The initial appointment was scheduled 10 days out due to their busy schedule. The office staff worked hard to get me seen sooner and I was actually scheduled within 3 days. Chris (one of the electricians) came out and spent almost an hour diagnosing my electrical system, which includes a large solar generation component as well as a back up generator. Chris arranged for the owner of the company to come out to make sure the diagnosis was correct. The work was scheduled in a couple of days and the repair solved the problem. Everyone, from the office to the electricians to the owner, arrived on time and was neat and professional. The cost ($310.00) seemed a bit high to me, but the problem was not a covered expense for my Home Warranty and I was happy to pay it and have my problem resolved.

Tracy was the tech that was dispatched to my home to help me with my problem. He is a great guy and provided me with excellent customer service. He went over and above what he needed to do and he did it with a smile and great attitude. The office manager was also excellent to deal with, as well.

Jaime arrived on time to work on the bathroom exhaust fan. He checked the electrical connection and took apart the exhaust fan to diagnose the problem. Unable to repair the fan, he went to Home Depot for a replacement and quickly installed it. I was very satisfied with how this job went and would definitely hire Turner Electrical & Lighting again. This work was done as part of my AHS warranty which is why it cost $60, the copay for my warranty.

Every contact with the company was superb. Kelly, who took the call was very efficient and polite. She called prior to the arrival of the representative to confirm and called immediately afterward for feedback. The response was very timely, the representative was on time, and he could not have been more, courteous, professional, nor efficient. I will use Turner for any subsequent electrical problem.

We retained Turner through our home warranty company (thus the low rate). Turner was professional over the phone, though they did not have any openings for about a week. The electrician from Turner was able to quickly reset all the outlets and didn't see any obvious signs of the cause of previous shortages. However, when I plugged in a kitchen radio right before he left and the outlets shorted once again, he immediately determined the problem-- on the of the outlets had been connected to wrong side of the GFCI, which in turn was causing all the other outlets powered via that GFCI to short. He fixed this and our problem was solved! The entire visit lasted about 15 minutes.

Tracy, the Turner technician came in and thought that replacing a certain part would solve the problem. He ordered the part and when it came in he came out and tried replacing the broken part. Since the fan is fairly old, the part would not work. So Tracy replaced the fan on the spot. From the time of our initial contact with Turner Electric to nicely completed job took less than one week.
