"Hello, I am the owner of the company. I do recall doing this job for her husband who lives in Auburn, she lives in Folsom. In no means did I rush, I gave them a very fair price and charged my vacant house rate. The house was furnished and I helped move the furniture. They also had some of the walls painted that day and I took extra care to avoid touching any walls. I per-qualifed the job and told her husband that some of the stains wouldn't come out even before I started. I pre-sprayed and took extra time on the traffic lanes. The husband stated that they hadn't had the carpet steamed cleaned in many years. Carpet that is not maintained will never come fully clean. Years of dirt and grime cause the carpet fibers to dull and leave traffic lanes. I was never contact by the above reviewer about any problem. I always go back out and work with my clients if they ever have any issues and I do it for free. I am truly sorry she was not happy with the work, I am willing to go back out and address any issues. Again 25 year old carpet that has not been maintained will not come 100% clean. As far as the comment that I had plans that night, was to see if I could come early and get the job done for them so I could go out for the evening. I am social and spent over 2 hours chatting with her husband while doing the job. Please contact with any questions or concerns. I have always had great reviews, I take my business very personally.
