THEY WERE OKAY. I ASKED THEM TO FIX MY WATER DISPENSER AND I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW UP WITH MY REQUES,T BUT THEY FIXED THE ICE MAKER VERY WELL. I AM STILL HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY.
