Chris was quick to answer the call and friendly with every interaction we had. It was 630pm when I called as our AC stopped working and he picked up right away. He scheduled time the next morning to come and see what the problem was. He arrived on time, was quick to troubleshoot the issue and find the part needed to fix things. We will definitely be back in touch if we need service or troubleshooting again.

We like them. They are genuine, clean process and they did a good job but they're high priced.

They are very nice and they have an 800 number too. They are excellent. They have an hourly rate. They charge travel time and in a remote area it costs me $200 just to travel, so they try to reschedule neighbors so that we can share the cost of that and they work with you. It is of good quality. Other people may be $10 or $20 cheaper but these people are worth it because they do it right. I have used him over the years, my neighbors use him and they are very good. I have been using him for the past 5 years.
