initial in home meeting was professional , and agreed to the contract. Cleaners were efficient, polite,and trustworthy. I used MM for around 1 yr. I called last month to suspend service due to interior remodeling. Carol asked me if I wanted to schedule for the following month, ( August ) , I declined due to contractor scheduling concerns. I stated , I'll call next month to resume service as soon as I'm confident the the remodeling will be completed. Carol contacted me the week of 8/6/17 , to remind me of this month's scheduled cleaning the following day. I reminded Carol of our previous conversation in July. Lea came on the phone and told me I will be charged the full $ 160.00 for failing to give a 48 hour notice as per the contract. I gave Carol over a months notice and she continued to say y I'll be changed for failure to give the 48 hr. notice, After hearing that 4 times I cancelled my service. I received an appointment reminder by phone the day before scheduled service each time for almost a yr. it's interesting MM requires 48 hours to cancel and gives you a 24 hr. appointment reminder call.

They are great. They are a little pricey but they come in teams of two, they are in and out, and they are excellent. They are bonded and insured and they bring all of their own supplies. They are flexible so there are times when I have asked them to do one project instead of another and it isn't a problem.

We have been using them for a couple of years now. They are timely and do a good job. The workers are trustworthy and we have not had any problems with them.
