We service Placer County and the Sacramento Valley and Sierra Foothills. Our Service Technicians will tell you the cost of recommended work and get your approval before any repair is done. Description of Work: Two pretty new systems relocated with underground line sets installed. Needed some new equipment. All work was done professionally and as promised. They tested and checked everything over and were very anxious to leave the systems working well and they obviously were concerned about us having the right work done and satisfying their customer. Not the cheapest but I guess the best is never cheap. Glad we went with Maki and we would not hesitate on calling them again for other work.

Our Company was called to remove and replace an existing furnace. The job was done in 2004 with this client complimenting our guys at that time. In 2006 he called with a complaint of no cooling. We responded and found that the freon was low. It took several trips before the technician was able to find a sheet metal screw had been accidentally driven into the coil...possibly during the furnace relocation. It was a very small leak and in an unusual place, so it was hard to detect and obviously leaked very little since it took 2 years for him to call us back. We replaced the coil with a new one at no charge, since his warranty was not intact. We did not charge for any of the calls and we are still not sure if we were responsible for the leak, but we never questioned him, we just took care of the problem. We are sorry he is unhappy with our company, in spite of the fact that we fixed everything to his satisfaction, at absolutely no charge!!

THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. I THINK THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN IT SHOULD BE, BUT THAT'S BECAUSE THE TOWN IS SMALL AND THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES AVAILABLE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY.
Description of Work: THE CIRCUIT BOARD WENT OUT IN MY HEATER AND WE HAD THEM REPLACE IT.
