He quoted $2000 for junk removal $5000 for fire defense We added some additional junk for $1000. We stupidly paid him $6000 and he said he would come to complete the fire defense for the remaining $2000. Now he says it was $6000 for junk removal and wont return to do the fire defense! Avoid him at all costs!!!!!!!!

Owner unprofessional - agreed to day/time then no show, went out of town and wanted to do next day. No apology / not nice. Ultimately sent crew but late. Charged A LOT - price gouger. Work crew were very good however.

Prompt and respectful. They did exactly what I requested and were fast and efficient. I liked that they asked if there was anything more I needed them to do such as trim some bushes in addition to the mowing.n

I had a large job clearing overgrown shrubs, design and construct a retaining wall, reinforce and improve walkway by adding curbing replant the cleared area and re-do and repair the sprinkle/drip system. First contractor contacted did not submit a bid, job was to big and he did not have the crew. Second contractor said he would get back to me, but never did. Juan responded immediately and provided me great suggestions and a bid which I gladly accepted, All work was completed in a professional and timely manner. Looks great.

Contacted me promptly and started the next day. I hired them for weekly maintenance. It has only been one visit so far, but it looks great.

JM Cleanups have been maintaining our property for several months now and we are extremely pleased all around!
