DIAMOND WELL DRILLING

We have had Diamond come out three times in the past two years to repair a broken well pipe.  They are prompt in their response and their pricing is fair but we have not been happy with the quality of the work.  We have need them to repair the same pipe several times in the past two years.  The last time they came out to repair it they left the hole unfilled and said they would be back in two days to check on it to be sure the repair was holding.  They never came back and have never refilled the hole.  We plan to use a different company the next time.

We cannot say enough about Diamond Well Drilling! Excellent, excellent, excellent. We have been their customer for almost 30 years and could not live without them here in the foothills. When there is a problem they always try to have someone out to the property on the same day. Whomever does the work knows what he's doing, is very professional, and on time. Diamond went above and beyond to drill our well. To complete the well, the drilling team worked on the July 4th holiday and continued working until 11 p.m. to ensure the well hole would not collapse before they could install a liner.
The well is high producing for the area. Whatever anyone may think about water and quot;witching,and quot; Diamond hit water right on the mark!
Best of all, the total price was nearly $6,000 less than the quote we received for a shallower well from a highly recommended well drilling company in Nevada City. We got much more value for our money with Diamond!

This happened around six months and the well has been working very good since then. I have been using this company for years now and have been very happy with them. They are very friendly with me and my wife and have been coming to us for such a long time now that they know exactly where to go and what to do. We don't have to be on them at any time and when they are finished all they do is send us a bill. That's something very hard to find in a company especially when you don't have any time to be watching over them. We consider them to be very reliable and the prices they give us are very fair.
