Their service is good and their price is reasonable. They helped me but they didn't do a perfect job. I don't know whether it was just our particular machine or they just didn't do a couple of outs and ins. They were happy to help me over the phone and we got it cleared up, but I did have to call them for some additional service which they did.

We called this morning and was promised a visit by 1:00 P.M. The tech called to tell us he would be late and he was about 35 minutes late. He performed all of the computer work described above and was very patient explaining everything and went out of his way to make sure everything was correct. Definitely a rehire!

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I CALLED THEM. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPUTER OR THE PROGRAMS SINCE THEY INSTALLED THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
