It went amazing. I didn't just work with the people who worked on the roof, the person in the office called and checked in, and they coordinated the workers with me. They were very professional and engaged with the customer, and their integrity is very high. They're very good.

Estimate was prompt, and the crew arrived on time and completed on schedule. They found additional dry rot, which they repaired at a very reasonable time and materials rate. There was some mis-communication about some tiles that needed replacing, but a phone call resulted in a prompt response that made it right. Friendly folks, good customer service.

Contacted the company. Received a call back from the owner the next day to explain the problem I was having and he had me email him a photo of the problem I was having. He sent someone out the very same day. I can't remember his name, he came over right on time, I showed him my area of concern and also asked him to check the integrity of my entire roof while up there. He came back after an hour and 15 minutes, and showed me photos of how he added flashing and rerouted the water so that I would not have the water in the problem area any more. He also said my roof was in good shape.

We just had a huge downpour last night, I went to look out the window to check to see if the problem was actually fixed during the heavy rain. The stream of water that normally runs down the window wasn't there so the problem was definitely fixed. Their charge was $95/hr. My total cost was $138.75. Excellent value for great service.

This company is very honest, their responsiveness is A++ and the service is quality and I now feel comfortable that my entire roof is secure for many years to come. I would use this company again.

I had a 35-year old cement tile roof that was finally in need of being replaced. After gathering bids from various roofing contractors, I decided on Auburn Roofing and couldn't be happier. Two of my neighbors had Jim and his crew replace their roofs and they gave the company glowing complimeents. I can see why. The bidding was fair and Jim and Bonnie were wonderful about answering all my questions about the process. I was amazed at the prcess and the wonderful, quick, efficient work that Fernando, the foreman and his crew carried out. They arrived the first day as planned and I watched in awe as 12 workers peeled off tiles, stacked them, carried them on their shoulders and tossed them into dump trucks, a process that took about 5 hours since I have a large roof. There was dry rot that had to be repaired as well as leveling of the roof in about 3 areas. The whole process only took 3 days which I thought pretty amazing, considering the repairs, installation of gutter guards, adding attic insulation and repaiinting damaged wood. I choose Owens Corning Duration Shingles in Teak. The roof looks wonderful, the house got a new paint job (a little extra), and i couldn't be happier. Also have to say that everything was totally cleaned up at the end of each work day so the area was spotless when it was all done. Great job guys! I commend Jim and Bonnie and Auburn Roofing and the entire crew for their professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, respect, attention to detail and a job well done! Thank you all for giving me peace of mind. I can't recommend them highly enough. if you need a roof or roof repair, Auburn Roofing is your place. it was a pleasure working with them!

Very punctual.  Work completed in less than 2 days.  Very organized and friendly.  Easy to work with this company.

Initial estimate for our small "fill-in" job was four to five weeks, but we were contacted in less than four. The office staff was very professional and helpful, and the roofer was great.  On time, efficient, have us the option of repainting ourselves or doing it for us, and did an evaluation of the (overall) roof condition.  We were very impressed!

It went great!  We are extremely happy with the results....with the workers, the clean-up, with the professionalism of all involved...from Jim and Bonnie, the owners, who were so helpful in instructing us on what to expect and in helping us make an informed selection of the right product, to the workers themselves who were on time, diligent in getting the job done as quickly as possible, but without compromising workmanship.
We recommend them highly.
