John did a great job and the finished product looks nicer than I expected - as far as I'm concerned he went the extra mile. He came to diagnose the problem the day after I called and came the very next day to do the repairs. He called to let me know when he was coming - communication was excellent. I will recommend John and Aries Electric to my neighbors.

Great. He explained and showed me what he was doing. He also tightened the screws on all of the other breakers (some were a little loose). John was very professional. I will call next time I need anything electrical done.

Outstanding. John took all the components out of the new box and installed them in the old box because it would take him less time to do it this way. He also asked if that was okay before moving forward with that. He wasn't looking to milk the job. He was looking for the most efficient way to get it done well and safely.

John answered my call promptly, and we made an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, and was able to repair the panel by replacing the breakers. He saved me the cost of replacing the service panel by moving breakers around to undamaged portions of the bus bar. Very happy with the result.

Lost electricity from a large tree falling and taking out the line from our pole to PG&E. This happened while we were in Colorado so the power had been of for several days when we returned late Thursday night and found a note saying we had to have area around the power pole cleared and the damage repaired. Friday we cleared the area and started calling electric contractors. John Kilgour answered our call and agreed to come out the next morning (Saturday) he arrived on time and was finished by noon. Good work and fair price.

John was punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He worked quickly and cleanly. He even removed his shoes before walking on our light-colored carpets without being asked. (Ladies, he's your guy!) From start to finish, the job took only 30 minutes. I highly recommend this service provider and will certainly call him again in the future.

I contacted the business owner and he was able to provide service later that morning. He arrived on time, was very professional and offered us options for repair. He provided a time frame and price before beginning the work. His work was excellent and was completed in less time than quoted. I have worked with this business in the past and had the same excellent experience. We will use this business in the future and highly recommend Aries electric.

From initial contact to complete, satisfactory solution, less than 24 hours passed. John was punctual (actually earlier than the window he gave), professional and obviously knowledgeable in his craft. He promptly diagnosed the problem I had originally called him to fix and made the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. I had another problem with a different light that I asked him to look at. He diagnosed the problem and told me the repair could be expensive, given the amount of time necessary to find an open neutral line somewhere. He came up with an alternate solution that solved my lighting problem without the necessity to spend an inordinate amount of money that was safe and efficient. Great service, I would use him again in a heartbeat.

We had a bathroom renovation completed the previous March. Unfortunately the contractor's brother was his electric sub, so we were strong armed into using him even though we wanted John to do the work from the beginning. The sub did not install the underfloor heating the way it should have been done, and whenever we used it, it would trip the breaker and cut power to the whole bathroom.
John is always professional, courteous, and explains everything. He has even done work on July 4th when my husband accidentally cut power to the whole house. His response time was extra quick since it was 104 degrees that day!
I always appreciate the his friendly demeanor, and I trust him with all of our electrical needs!!!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise that John showed when I walked him through the house and explained my problems. He was able to fix a problem that a previous electrician was unable to troubleshoot correctly, and handled the other things that my wife had been asking me to get fixed for the last 6 months. As a Real Estate Agent, I need to have a list of good referral sources when my clients call me with propblems. I have referred Aeries Electric to three other clients over the last year and they all have been satisfied with the work that John has done for them.

He knew exactly what we needed, He ran a new covered line from our circuit breaker to our outside wall (exactly where we wanted to put the freezer). He finished in a couple of hours on the same day!! I really thought it would have cost more, but he was honest, approachable, and experienced. It's nice to see that there is still trustworthy people who are more interested in a customers needs then the mighty $$. I will definitely use his services in the future.
