I canceled having gutters installed 13 days before installation and had to forfeit my deposit of $420.00 because I initialed the clause in contract. I showed this to my contractor and he said this is not a good business tactic. I felt awful about losing my deposit but if this company needs to do that to a customer that cancelled almost 2 weeks prior to work then I feel I do not want to do work with people like that. They told me that they had not ordered parts or else I probably would have had to pay more. I advice people to really think of this policy and make their own choice. Is this really a good policy? Maybe if I had cancelled a couple days before install but not almost 2 weeks.

Crew did an excellent job installing the Gutter Glove Pro system to cover our existing gutters. Covers are especially important in fire country.

They look great . Lots of colors to choose from . Oversized downspout drain water great. Not the cheapest quote but worth the money with quality work and materials.

The estimator that came to the house was very knowledgeable and courteous. The crew showed up as scheduled and the installation looks great! We haven't had a great deal of rain this November - but so far with the rain we've had, everything works as planned. I would highly recommend this company.

On the one hand, I believe that
the Gutterglove product is very good; our gutters are finally
functioning properly. On the other hand, the crew that came out made a
mess on my back deck when they cleaned out the gutters. While they
picked up the debris, the deck itself was filthy. They left a pile of
old gutter covers in our back yard, which we had been told would be
taken away.
They also informed me that due to the slope of a small section of
roof, they couldn't install diverter flashing, which had been quoted, though deducted from the final
invoice. I felt that the real reason was the height of the part of the
roof in question, and they simply weren't prepared to do it/couldn't be
bothered. This may be a small section of roof, but it continues to leak
onto our driveway, requiring frequent asphalt repairs. No contractor is going to come out for this tiny job.
So, while satisfied so far with the product, not completely satisfied with the service provider.

I want to tell you about my experience with ALL ABOUT GUTTERS and the owner Greg Hansen. I saw his spiel at a home and garden show. I did want to stop paying so much to have my gutters cleaned and agreed to have hime come out and give me an estimate to have my gutters covered. He came to my house and the figure for all the gutters was more than I could afford. So he said he could do the two small gutters in the front and down the west side of my house for $500. I assume and quot;down the west side of my houseand quot; meant down the whole side of my house. The contract said 26 ft but unfortunately 26 ft means little to me. I know a football field is 100 ft and thats about all i know. I was horrified to discover the only about one-fourth of the side was covered. When I called him on paying so much money for so little gutter coverage, he said that superior materials were used. Superior materials means nothing to me if I have to pay a bundle to get the majority of the gutters cleaned twice a year anyways. Still! The cost to have them cleaned is just about the same as before the work was done. The reason I was unaware that so little had been done was that I was very sick the day they came and could not go out and watch them and just assumed they had done the job. It is clear the contract says 26 feet and it is presumed as I should know what 26 feet meant. Ok, so I am stupid and relied on what he had told me. I am 75 years old and easy to fool, I guess. There is nothing I can do but I suggest you watch what he says and what is on your contract.

It was excellent. There was a leak that showed up when it rained next, they were prompt in coming out and making it right.
