This contractor was excellent to work with. Whenever I called he would answer right away. He showed up when he said he would show up. He would call if there was going to be an issue. I was very happy about that. They were prompt and were dependable. It took them about a week and a half. They did a beautiful job. I would use them again.

I was very happy about that. It looks very nice. Some people vandalized the cement and they came out at 5 o'clock in the morning to fix it. They were prompt and were dependable. I would use them again.

They did a fantastic job. They cleaned everything up. The roof is working just fine. It took them four days to do it. They were very prompt and it looks very nice. I would use them again.

It went so smoothly. The contractor showed up on time and performed all of the work above within a four week period. Most jobs were done and completed within one day. The entire plumbing was replaced on a Saturday. The contractor along with his staff were a joy to work with. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond my expectations. It was sad to see them go when the job was finished. I would highly recommend Robert Santistevan Construction. He was punctual and if he was going to be late he always called to inform me of any change of plans. His prices were reasonable and both he and his crew were very dependable. His crew were delightful and a joy to be around. They were working on a 100 year old home and they never told me that they could not do something that I asked of them. The whole experience went so smoothly and would and will use them again as soon as my bank account recovers.
