Very personable, but a lot of the work was quite shoddy. For example, I needed a water connection for my refrigerator; he installed a galvanized hose type faucet on the wall--the fridge would not go back where it should have at all. Also built a new gate--very substandard. Had some questionable "workers" working on the job part time also.
