The Chem-Dry method is very efficient and the operator is able to move the furniture back into place before he leaves. There is no extra charge for moving the furniture. This was the third time I have used this service and I will continue to do so. The owner is very professional, arrives on time, and has a friendly attitude without wasting any time. Upon departure, he leaves a can of Chem-Dry Stain Extinguisher.
