The guy we dealt with was Tony. Toney gave us the information about some parts and my son bought the parts. He verbally told him how to install the parts. We could not figure out something and we have to call him again. He provides most of the help on the telephone. The last time we had a problem he asked us to check the breaker box because if he comes it will be taken as a service call.

He went beyond the call of duty and came out on a Friday evening after he was done working in Stockton all day. He was thorough, he walked us through the process, and he did a great job. Tony was very good and he really knows his stuff; I couldn’t commend him higher for his service. He is a rare breed because not everyone would go out service the way he does. I highly recommend him.

I called Tony Baria at American Comfort. He only charged me a service call of 59.00 and not the weekend rate that a lot of companies charge. He inspected my A/C unit and walked me through exactly what he was inspecting. He also explained what equipment he was using and what the equipment was used for. He explained in great detail what the numbers on the side of my A/C unit meant. He also offered to do maintenance on my unit for only 49.00. I agreed, and he thoroughly cleaned and retested my unit as well as my furnace. He spent about an hour making sure my unit was up to par. He did not try and gouge me on price at all. He is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable with your decision. I would definitely use him again for any A/C or heating problems that I may encounter in the future.
