Finished product is great. Everyone comments on our new floors. They used a new glue for the first time with us, and it left voids, so they came back every few weeks until the pops were gone. They stand by their product. Excellent customer service.

A three man crew arrived and proceeded to work. First they got out all the kitchen appliances and table and chairs.  Then they proceeded to slap on  a coat of gray goo that was to serve as a base for the regular glue (or so they told me).When this was done in the kitchen and bathroom where we were to have the new linoleum, they took off for coffee. The one man told me he had 13 years experience in the business.  When the gray stuff was dry enough, they proceeded to put down the glue.  This was after they had cut the linoleum on the floor of the garage. Under stress, when they were finished, I paid them the balance we owed Williams Inc. and they left. I could not do a very good inspection as I had to complete the preparations for my husband;s return.
However, in weeks going by I found: they had damaged all the baseboard (must be replaced) the toilet seat, the cover under the dishwasher, broke a faucet, left some gray goo spattered on walls and carpet, didn't even bother to attach some baseboard/molding in the kitchen, etc.
Other incidents happened during their 'installation' and fortunately my son was here and able to help resolve them.
I have tried to contact Mr. Williams, he has not answered me nor the Contractor's Board of the State of California.
I intend to go to small claims court in the near future.

I can't name a certain thing that I was unhappy with but I wasn't overly impressed. The quality of the labor was great, they blew us away. They knew exactly what they were doing.
