house cleaning
 + -1 moreAfter she left, we inspected the home and found that she did not thoroughly clean the home. We called to discuss with her and she promised to come back and finish the job. However, she never showed up to do the work and kept make excuses as to why she couldn't come over. Eventually she stopped returning our calls. She clearly was not interested in having us as regular customers. I strongly do not recommend Nicole's Cleaning Service. We paid well and really needed a quality housecleaner. She did not deserve our business.
Description of Work: We contracted with Nicole to do a thorough housecleaning of our home on 1/22/2014 and planned to schedule bi-weekly service thereafter. Our home was not in bad shape at all as we were able to keep up with the cleaning until my health failed and I was scheduled for surgery. Therefore we needed a reliable cleaning service to keep our home clean and sanitized. We like to keep a very clean home and we expressed our requirements in detail. Nicole quoted an hourly price for the first cleaning and a lesser hourly amount for the bi-weekly service. Nicole arrived on time on the day scheduled. However after two and 1/2 hours she announced that she was finished and expected payment of $150.00. That's $60.00 per hour! Her quote was $20.00 an hour.
