After she left, we inspected the home and found that she did not thoroughly clean the home. We called to discuss with her and she promised to come back and finish the job. However, she never showed up to do the work and kept make excuses as to why she couldn't come over. Eventually she stopped returning our calls. She clearly was not interested in having us as regular customers.
I strongly do not recommend Nicole's Cleaning Service. We paid well and really needed a quality housecleaner. She did not deserve our business.
