Professional, explained details of service performed, honored coupon for smog check. He fitted me in even though it ran into the mechanic's lunch period.

Business was contacted to repair our vehicle. Their mechanic determined it was a fuel pump. Replaced fuel pump and released vehicle. Two months later vehicle began experiencing the same problem. Vehicle was towed to another dealer and it was determined the fuel pump had failed. Contacted La Rosa's and reported the problem. The vehicle was towed to La Rosa's for warranty repair. Vehicle was not even looked at for two weeks. After talking to the mechanic, he stated he would not be able to determine the root of the problem. After another week and a half, the mechanic ransomed the vehicle to us by requiring we sign a release of warranty for the repairs. The vehicle failed after less than 10 miles. It was then towed to another service provider and repaired.Don't trust these people to perform the repairs they promise or back up there work. Stay away.
