The serviceman, JR, arrived on time and provided quality service in installing my system. The products provided were of good quality at a fair price. His polite, professional manner was appreciated. This is the third or fourth time that I have used this company's services and have always been more than satisfied.

We had bought a VCR/DVD combo that plays and records. After working four days on end, we gave up. Someone had recommended Whitford as a company that could work miracles on figuring out these complicated entertainment units. JR was at the house working for over 3 hours, undoing everything we had done wrong and rewiring it correctly. He got everything wired correctly, and even though he was there 3 hours, only billed us for the standard house call, and minimum labor.
