EAST MALL MORTGAGE

I went to East Mall Mortgage to get my house refinanced. It never came to fruition. The broker at East Mall Mortgage, Steve Stoner was who I worked with; said he could get my home refinanced for me. He worked on it for a couple of weeks and then said it was good to go, I just needed to the appraisal done. 2 days and 400.00 dollars later I sent him the appraisal. I then called and left messages asking him when could I come down and sign docks. He never returned my calls. I then emailed him, asking the same question. No response. Meanwhile he was still running credit checks because I kept getting a 30.00 bill every couple of weeks. I finally drove down to his office and asked the secretary if he still worked there and she said yes. So one day I called him on my phone, which of course he didn?t answer, so I hung up and then called him on another phone which he did answer? To make a long story short, he is unethical and a thief and I?m out 500.00 dollars.
