Holly came by one morning to tell us that they would be power washing the next day. Promptly at 8:30 the next morning Danny began cleaning the eaves and gutters and shingles so they could be painting a clean surface. He then sanded spots where paint was peeling off and did a primer coat on those areas. Next they applied the caulking to areas that would be exposed to sun or rain. Then they spent part of a day masking off the stucco areas and other spots they did not want painted. Danny then began the work of using the sprayer to apply the paint to the shingles and eaves. Meanwhile Holly would begin working on the white trim around windows and doors. They were both very neat and professional. The job was completed on a timely basis and we were very happy with the results.
