CHARLIE SCOVELL TREE

The work was done very nicely and well worth the price, which was lower than other bids we had obtained. In order to clear access to the yard for big trucks and other equipment, some landscape damage occured (part of it outside our property) and a heavy landscaping feature had to be moved. That feature was placed outside our fence without our realizing it. We called Charlie the next day and asked him to come back and address those issues. He promised to do so, almost daily for two weeks. Now he does not return our calls. That is no way to run a business. It will cost us dearly to have someone reverse what he did. Charlie does excellent work at a reasonable price, but if you use him, do not pay him a dime until you are sure that everything meets your expectations. Once we paid, he was gone!
