All Systems Htg & Air

Came out to inspect two faulty toilets. Determined new ones were needed.  Was told by warranty insurance plan how much we would be allocated.  Was told by All Systems they would charge $60 to install.  Told All Systems specifically what kind of toilets we wanted (what name brand and model).  Since they weren't sold at Home Depot or Lowes, we ordered the toilets ourselves and received the payment directly from the insurance co.  Had trouble getting All Systems to return to install new toilets...said they weren't going to be in the area; weren't able to show up when scheduled; didn't return calls, etc.  We were finally told they couldn't/ wouldn't do the installations for $60 and for us to just call someone else.  Wasted almost two weeks trying to get them to finish the work.  Called another plumber and got toilets installed next day.

My home buyers insurance, First American, called them out to fix my
HVAC.  He put some refrigerant in the system and left promising to
return that day.  He never returned.  Many, many calls were not 
answered over the next week.  My Insurance company called and he answered! They said he
answers us because we pay him.  He refused to return and eventually
after pressure from the Insurance company offered a date 2 week from
then - that would make it one month from the first call. It was 100 -108
degrees so the Insurance had to get a PROFESSIONAL Company.  The problem was not refigerant so Greg doesn't know his trade. Avoid this company like the plague.

This business is family owned, Greg and his son. My heater wouldn't come on. Greg responded promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem adn replaced the limit switch. Two weeks later the heater had problems again, Greg came back out for free and found the fan limit switch had failed. He replaced it for parts cost only even though it was a new problem. I used them at my last house, this house, and will use them again in the future.

Overall, great service from start to finish.
