Advanced Septic

They did not find it.  Even with using a radio locator device and much probing, they never located it.  It turns out they were standing right on top of the tank, which was <2' beneath them.  They were polite and clearly tried their best, but still charged the full price though they couldn't find it.  Afterwards, we spoke with the office manager asking for guidance.  He was also polite but didn't offer to provide any refund.  We then called in a local plumber (Action Rooter, Cayucos) , who found it right away, and charged less to do so.

Regarding the pumping of my septic tank, I was told before the service was completed that there would be an overage fee. I was given the opportunity to approve it before the job was completed so there would be no surprise to me of the final cost. He was very clean and careful and left no mess or spillage.
Regarding replacing the old pump, they also did a clean, thorough job, and answered all my questions until I was totally satisfied.
I have used this company solely, since moving into this house in 1996. Every employee that has ever come to our home has been pleasant, knowledgeable, clean beyond belie,f and careful of my yard and patio area, That says a lot to us, as let's face it, the potential for unsanitary messes in this line of work is huge!
I can't see a need or a reason to ever use any other company. If you are looking for a provider for septic services...look no further.

They actually came out on New Year's day and worked. They did not charge me overtime. The guys are polite and they are neat. They are super. Their prices are more than competitive. I can't say enough about them. You don't run into companies like this anymore.

Overall, I was very pleased with the work completed by Advanced Septic. I would reccommend their company to my neighbors for quality work at a reasonable price.
