A & M Roofing Flat Roof & Leak Repair

Left 2 phone messages and sent one email via the A & M website (not via Angie's list). After a week and a half, received no response.

We had a problem with leaking from the ceiling  last year and hired A & M Roofing Company
to fix it. Michael - the owner and operator of the company - inspected the roof
and the ceiling inside the house and provided us with a written estimate,
detailing the work involved and the cost. He finished the job within the
promised time to our satisfaction. This year we noticed leakage from the ceiling
in a different room.  Once again, we
hired A & M Roofing Company to take care of it. This time, we asked Michael
whether we needed to put a new roof on the house. He said that given the integrity
of shingles, it looks promising for another 10-year of service. He and his
coworker worked together and fixed the affected area. He provided us with a written
receipt containing a no-leak warranty.
A & M Roofing Company
has been in business for many years in this area. Michael is an honest man who
knows what he is doing. He is punctual, starts and finishes the work on time,
and neatly cleans after himself. I will certainly hire him when a new roof is
due and do highly recommend him to our friends, and neighbors, or to anyone
else who needs an experienced and decent roofer.

A & M Roofing performed all the work as stated in the contract. The materials used were the newest on the market and were far superior to the original materials used in 1996. No payment was required until we were completely satisfied. The lead roofer explained the situation when the tiles were removed for inspection and thoroughly described the preparation required to make the repairs/upgrades. The roofers did not mind being observed by the homeowner as the work was being done.

This is a very good company; it would be my first choice for future work, if required.
