Rapid Plumbing

Went fine.  Polite technicians who were thorough and explained what they were doing.  Showed me the line via camera as they cleaned it out.

It was a very big, expensive job. Our yard was completely dug up so I can understand why there was such a large cost involved. I am glad the work is under a completely warranty so I know I will not have to pay for this again. I have not had another sewer line back up again thankfully. These guys worked hard.

We have had no problems with the new water heater they installed. We were pleased with the fact that they told us a time that they would be here and stuck to it. We were surprised with how fast they had the old one out and the new one installed. The gentleman was very friendly and polite. We felt very comfortable with the price that we were charged for the job.

Rapid Plumbing does A plus work. I felt really satisfied with them. Out heater was originally on the inside of our historic home. We wanted it on the outside. They worked to make us feel like satisfied customers and did just perfect work in a time efficient manner. I like this company because if you ever have a problem with their work, they will come out immediately to fix it on the spot, no questions asked. The only thing I can not recall is what we paid for those services. It is too long ago for an older guy like myself to remember. I do recall that both my daughter and I, who live together, were pleased and did not feel cheated as far as their pricing went.

So far so good, that is what's going on now. I have not had a single problem. The water pressure is fine and the lasting of hotness is great. I do believe that this company works well and they are definitely worth considering for another job. They treated me very well and I am very happy to have used their services.
