Overall I thought they did a good job and would use them again.

The blinds are light-weight and they look very good but the adjustment mechanisms are very frail. It seems like a flaw in the design. I think they discontinued the line because of the problems with it. The tilting and lifting mechanism is very frail. I had trouble ever since I got them installed. The shop that we bought them from has been very good and attentive. They made a couple of calls on our behalf and tried to mediate between us and Hunter Douglas. They replaced a couple of them which turned out to be exactly like the previous ones. They gave us some temporary coverings for windows.
