WE CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. THE OWNER CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. WE AGREED TO HAVE THEM DO THE WORK AS PLANNED. THEY SHOWED UP AS PLANNED AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB.
