LARRY ANDERSON'S HARDWOOD

My hardwood floors were in DESPERATE need of refinishing.  I contacted Larry Anderson (I found his name in the phone book.), and he gladly came to my home to give me an estimate.  Since I was financially unable to complete the entire house, Larry was kind enough to do the job in stages. The first project entailed the front main room.  It was a MESS! Larry needed to repair approximately 15 boards.  (The original floors are dated 1945, and nothing had bben done to them since.) Larry worked HARD to completely restore the front room.  The end result was nothing short of FANTASTIC!!!!!  The cost = $700.00.  A few months later, Larry returned to complete the remaining rooms: spare bedroom/office area, hallway, and master bedroom.  He also installed three thresholds.  Again, the work done by LARRY ANDERSON was beyond WONDERFUL!  The cost = $950.00.
Nearly two years later, I am still amazed at the quality of work.  I smile all of the time when I look at my floors.  The difference between the before and after is unreal.  My friends and relatives canNOT believe the floors have simply been refinished.  Everyone asks if I had new floors installed.  I tell them, "No.  Larry Anderson repaired and refinished them!"
Beyond the quality of work, Larry's professionalism and work ethic are exceptional!I recommend him to everyone who seeks hardwood floor repair/refinishing/installation!
