Electrical Service
He came out to re-wire the home but he kept adding on extra things that he needed to do. He told me that he did research on me, which sounded strange. I feel like he took advantage of me. He wasn't even licensed. He then took off to Costa Rica after I wrote several checks. Then the city came out and "red-tagged" the home and I was told that I needed to hire an architect.
