IE Plumbing Design did an excellent job. We were really satisfied with the work he did. We had a little bit of leak problem in one area. He came back, figured out what the problem was, fixed it and everything is fine. He's very professional, explained everything to us and he did minimal downtime. He did a lot of pre-prep to have things ready so that the amount of time for water to be turned off was minimal. We were very pleased with the work he did. His price was a little bit less than the others.

I have a property management company.  I have used Dan Horn numerous times, but will describe a recent event.  This was for a rental.  Tenant complained of stopped up toilet.  I texted Dan Horn 805-801-3906 giving him the address and description of the problem, asking him to go directly to the rental.  He texted back immediately that he was available within 2 hours.  Soon thereafter he texted that he had completed the job and had checked the entire property for leaks or other obvious plumbing issues that might arise and found nothing else.  He billed me $75.00.  Dan Horn was referred to me originally by my electrician.  Dan is an experienced plumber, 3rd generation in the Arroyo Grande area.  His father was Folkrod Plumbing.  Dan got his own license recently and has named his business I.
