Galaxy Plumbing

We had a leak where the water supply lateral came up and into our house. After getting galaxy pluming to come and fix it ($80) a new leak developed just above the replaced fitting. I called galaxy again to fix it under warranty work because it was obvious due to the geometry of the replaced lateral pipe that sufficient bending torque was applied to the existing piping. There was quite a bit of deformation and still is to this day. I'll try to get photos when I get time. We scheduled an appointment to fix the new leak. They were a no show with no call. Again I scheduled a new appointment and took time off of work to meet the plumber. Again a no show with no call. I called one last time because I really wanted galaxy to be responsible for their work (I would expect people to the same for me) This time he came and refused to fix the new leak under warranty work and charged us $65. He stated the new leak was caused by a poor soldering job. Since the new leak was a mere 6 inches from where he was previously this is extremely unlikely, especially given the new piping misalignment and subsequently plastically deformed back in place. The chances of the new leak forming out of "coincidence" was ridiculous. I paid because I wanted our relationship to be over. I was not impressed at all, and would never recommend galaxy plumbing.
